Many studies have shown that, in many occupations, burnout is in one kind of universalphenomenon, serious impact on the individual’s physical and mental health and jobperformance, and thus affects the individual organization performance. Burnout not onlyappears in the working group, but also exists in the student groups. When the students are lackof interesting or motivation in learning,but they have to learn or study, they will feel verytired, resulting in an exhausted state of body and mind。With the influence of the statement ofmind,they will surely be negative in all kinds of learning activities, this condition is calledlearning burnout, physical and mental health of students have an important impact, alsodirectly affect their learning motivation, learning efficiency and creativity.Study of learning burnout is located with collage students primarily at past, study aboutstudents of middle vocational schools(named middle vocational students below) is little, butthere is studies showed that learning burnout current situation between middle vocationalstudents is bad. Middle-vocational student is a special group, during adolescence, duringsplendid stage in one’s life that filled with challenge and contradiction at the same time.Relatively they step into society more early, facing exercise、test and pressure more. It is veryimportant that knowing learning burnout current situation and characteristics between middlevocational students, take measures to buffer their learning burnout. It’s also the thing thispassage cared.This study is based on the Maslach’s burnout scale, reference to college studentslearning burnout scale by Lian rong, Yang Lixian, my own vocational school students’Learning Burnout Questionnaire as the research tool, with Yan tai Y Secondary Vocationalschool as an example, on the vocational school students’ learning burnout status of research. Itwas found, vocational college students learning burnout phenomenon, learning situation isworrying by case studies, interview, and questionnaires.. In order to improve the vocationalschool burnout, this study from the school, family, society, students themselves in suchaspects as education countermeasures.
