| Secondary vocational education has always played a fundamental role in the development of the country.In recent years,although the state and governments at all levels have provided a large number of preferential policies and financial guarantees,making China’s secondary vocational education gain greater development,but learning burnout has appeared among secondary vocational students in the process of education development,whose main manifestations include negative learning attitudes,obvious mood swings,low sense of achievement and other negative states,which are not conducive to the development of students themselves and secondary education,so improving the problem of learning burnout among secondary vocational students is in Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the problem of burnout in secondary education.This study is based on this background.This study takes TH Secondary Professional School in Jiangxi Province as an example and uses questionnaires,observations and interviews to investigate the current condition of study burnout among secondary school students in the school.From the four dimensions of learning attitude,learning achievement,learning motivation and learning self-confidence,it was found that the secondary school survival had problems in unclear learning motivation,negative learning attitude,low learning achievement and low learning self-confidence.Based on a survey and needs assessment of the problem of burnout among secondary school students,this study chose group work to intervene,using the theory of dominant perspective and the theory of learning motivation as guidance,to conduct group activities for secondary school students to improve their burnout.The service focused on four aspects: strengthening motivation,correcting learning attitudes,improving the sense of achievement and enhancing self-confidence in learning.7 group activities were conducted to guide secondary school students to identify their own problems of learning burnout and to stimulate their awareness of self-change and active learning,so as to alleviate the problem of learning burnout among secondary school students.Through this group service,we found that the group service based on the theory of strengths perspective and the theory of learning motivation can effectively improve the learning burnout of secondary school students,and that good learning methods and approaches can improve the learning achievement of secondary school students,and the group work has significant effect on the intervention of improving the learning burnout of secondary school students,and the motivation of learning is the key to improving the learning burnout of secondary school students.The service has achieved the expected results.However,the service needs to be further improved,and the role of social workers should be clearly defined from the beginning to the end of the group work process,and the service process should focus on the differentiation of group work. |
