In today’s world, the rapid development of science and technology, nationalcompetition is becoming increasingly fierce, is actually the science and technology andtalent competition, is the competition of science education. Implementation of thescience curriculum is key to the success of science teachers, their professionaldevelopment level is related to the success or failure of science education, related to thestudent’s science literacy, we need to give height to take seriously. Study on the primaryschool science teachers’ professional development problem and strategy, but canpromote the primary school science education reform and development, but also forimproving the students’ scientific literacy has very important significance.This paper isdivided into five parts,The first part with literature review form, summarizing andcombing the domestic and foreign science education as well as the primary schoolscience teachers’ professional development problem research situation;The second partfrom the primary school science teachers’ professional knowledge, professional skills,education and occupation moral beliefs and other aspects of the primary school scienceteachers should have professional structure;The third part from the primary schoolscience teachers, primary school science curriculum implementation of soft hardwarecondition, primary school science curriculum implementation of three main layers totransform the primary school science teachers’ professional development;The fourthpart through the analysis of the survey results, points out that Harbin city primaryschool science teachers’ professional development problems and attribution analysis;The fifth part mainly use the science teacher interview materials, reference to therelevant research results, summary and exploration of primary school science teachers’professional development strategy and way.The author thinks, pre-service education andin-service training of primary school science teachers’ professional ability is the basicway of professional development of primary school science teachers, creating goodenvironment is the primary school science teachers’ professional development safeguard,education research, curriculum and the school-based training is the primary schoolscience teachers’ professional development effective way.
