The Current Situation Of Higher Vocational Teachers' Professional Development Standards

With the development of our social economy and the readjustment ofindustrial structure, bearing for China’s economic construction and social developmentof training with high quality technical talents in higher vocational and technicaleducation and the facing unprecedented opportunities for development. However, in thehigher vocational education of the rapid development of the process, there are newquestions, higher vocational teachers’ professional development of higher vocationaleducation standards is to restrict the progress and development of higher vocationalteachers and many other problems to be solved in one of the important problems.Teachers’ professional development, the establishment of standard is not only teachers’position to be promoted premise, the teaching quality evaluation, is the effective basis,but also become a professional teachers’ professional basic symbol, so, highervocational teachers’ professional development, the construction of the standard in thedevelopment of our country’s higher vocational education in the reality has importantsignificance and value.This paper mainly adopts literature research, comparative research and surveyresearch on our country’s higher vocational teachers’ professional development ofstandard analysis of the current situation and research, to be for our country’s highervocational teachers’ professional development, the construction of the implementationof the standard and lay the good foundation, so as to raise the professional quality of ourcountry’s higher vocational teachers in higher vocational education and the teachingquality to provide the theory basis.
