Taiyuan Demonstrative High School Aerobics Status And Development Strategies

Aerobics favored by the vast number of senior high school students because of it’s vigor and autokinetic effect, and it combines the music, the dance and so on movement and fashion factors, showing the physical strength and beauty characteristics. Aerobics was listed in the new middle school teaching outline of 《Physical Education And Health》, and becoming one of the important contents of sports contests in the school sports teaching, extracurricular activities and high school. Aerobics has positive significance to promote students’physical and psychological health and to relieve pressure of study. In this paper, status quo of aerobics in demonstrative high school of Taiyuan city survey analysis by the method of literature, questionnaire, interview method, data analysis and case analysis the conclusion is as follows:1.Module teaching form utility ratio is higher in Taiyuan city demonstrative high school sports and health in the course teaching, the creation of rate of aerobics module teaching is higher, and the teaching effect is better;2.Calisthenics module teaching’s goal is clear, but lack of scientific system of the teaching material;3.Teaching hours for more than16hours, too few overall;4.Technology teaching content type is reasonable, the theory course offering better;5.The teaching method is not enough flexibility, evaluation method, scientific and reasonable evaluation content is not enough;6.Location facilities can’t meet the calisthenics teaching needs;7.Calisthenics teachers enthusiasm of study is high, but the restriction conditions to well;8.Calisthenics teachers are for all female teachers, younger, degree, but lack of experience in teaching, scientific research ability is weak;9.Aerobics extracurricular activities rate is low, amateur training is in its infancy;10.La-ck of special teachers, social understanding degree is not high, the leadership has no respect for the main limiting factors-In Taiyuan city demonstration high school aerobics existing problems in the following countermeasures:1.The educational research group should be based on the existed in Taiyuan city demonstrative high school, and actively formulate systematic aerobics teaching material;2.Pay attention to teachers’ construction, organize regular sports of teacher education, and the ability of teaching evaluation;3.The school transform the existing teaching facilities, to meet the needs of the development of the aerobics;4.To develop aerobics amateur training, driving the development of extracurricular club;5.In the campus aerobics game, promote the development of the aerobics.
