One of the differences of the teacher education different from other professional particularity is paying attention to the students’teaching ability training. At present, the Normal College is in the transition period, such as, the idea of running school gradually to translate to a comprehensive and regional development. In the transition process, as a new major, the major of primary school education is responsible for conveying primary school teachers. How to reflect the specific characteristics of primary school education major is a problem. It’s significant to strengthen the study of the teaching skill cultivation of primary school education major students in normal colleges and universities.On the basis of literature research, this study uses of questionnaire survey method and the field observation and interview method for empirical research. To utilize CHU XIONG Normal University and BAO SHAN College for research object. The basis of this paper is the teacher education related theory. In this paper, the phenomenon of the local normal universities education professional teaching skills training are analyzed, and summarized the characteristics of the current cultivating situation. Based on this, this paper discusses the influence factors of students’teaching skills and the development strategy to improve students’teaching skills.From the perspective of training units, teaching skills training status characteristics of primary school education speciality on local normal college were analyzed from the two dimensions of teaching skills in classroom teaching situation and teaching skills in practice teaching situation. Induce the performance for the students’teaching skill acquisition from the perspective of students mainly show in three aspects. Firstly, the students’Teachers’basic skills and arts and sports skills’ lacquisition is good. Secondly, the status of students’classroom teaching skills is bad. Thirdly, the differences of teaching skills acquisition of different types of students are significant. In view of the present situation, further analyzed the main factors affecting students’ teaching skills acquisition. External cause includes:the arrangement of teaching skill courses is unreasonable; the teachers’teaching skills is uneven; the teaching skill training is not enough; students’practice opportunity is too little. Internal factors mainly comes from students’: the lack knowledge of pedagogy and the psychology; the low quality of students and lack of learning motivation; students’understanding of elementary education and pupil are not consistent. On the basis of this study, put forward five strategies of improving teaching skills training: first, school and administrative departments attach great importance, perfect safeguard mechanism. Second, implement inquiry teaching which take the student as the main body. Third, construct problem oriented practice assessment mechanism. Fourth, construct see the practice mode which conclude trainee, internship and replacement practice. Fifth, employ primary school teachers to serve as guidance teacher...
