Study On School Community Work Of Aid For The Disadvanlaged College Groups

In recent years, with the reform of the education system and enrollment at college, the vulnerable groups of students had become increasingly evident. Government and universities had done a lot to save for the disadvantaged groups, but there were still many problems. This article was studied under this background.The article was divided into five chapters, and three parts:the first chapter combed the research of previous scholars, introduced the study design, and then defined the relevant concepts. It divided the disadvantaged groups of students into economically disadvantaged groups, academic vulnerable groups, employment of vulnerable groups and psychological vulnerable groups. Chapter two mainly analyzed the pattern of the school community work, and the feasibility of school community to rescue the vulnerable groups of university students. The university campus provided the conditions for carrying out the school community work, and the school community work could compensate for the lack of rescuing students worked with vulnerable groups in the past. This was the first part of the article. The second part of the article, chapter three and chapter four, mainly worked in the relief work of the school community to students’ vulnerable groups, first introduced the process of the school community worked for the disadvantaged groups, then applied it to different types of work for students vulnerable groups. Chapter three introduced the general process of the school community work, and then specified the school community work process to the rescue of the vulnerable groups of university students. Chapter four analyzed the school background firstly, prepared for carrying out the school community work, next, studied the process, the measures for the school community rescuing of different types of vulnerable groups of college students. At last, through the above analysis, summed up the strengths and weaknesses of the school community work relief for the disadvantaged groups, and this was the last part of the article, it was chapter five.This study enriched the research on rescuing college students’vulnerable groups as well as the school community work. Although there were some inadequacies in the relief for the disadvantaged groups, under the guidance of the concept of school social work, the school community work insisted on values of helping people and helping themselves, and people-oriented, played a significant role in the relief work of the college students’ vulnerable groups.
