Study On School Group Work Of Aid For The Disadvantaged College Groups

In recent years, the college disadvantaged groups has been paid widespread attention for that college students play an important role in social development.What should we do to aid them and to solve their problems has become an urgent problem.This article discusses that how to use the school group work to aid college disadvantaged groups and the results.We not only to solve the problems of college disadvantaged students, but also to build a system that can provide aid for the college disadvantaged groups. This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the origin and significance of this topic, an overview of the status of research at home and abroad, and then introduces the ideas, methods, characteristics and innovation of this study. The second Chapter defines the related concepts and the theoretical basis of this study. The third chapter analyzes why the school group work could aid college disadvantaged students, including the status of the college students and present way to aid college disadvantaged.Chapter IV of the general process for using the school group work to aid the college disadvantaged Groups, mainly discussed the main work at each stage. The fifth chapter introduces four school group of the college disadvantaged students, including the main processes of each group, and the effects. Chapter VI by analyzing the effects of the school group work assistance for the college disadvantaged groups summarize its strengths and weaknesses, and reflect on the problems and limitations in the research process, and provide a reference for such study later.Through this study, we have proven that the use school group work aid the college disadvantaged groups is feasible and effective, it has an irreplaceable role in the rescue for the college disadvantaged groups. But at the same time, we should be noted that it also has some shortcomings and need combined with other rescue methods to build a comprehensive school social work assistance system to solve the problems of college disadvantaged groups, so that the community could be coordinated and sustainable development.
