Teacher’ training is an important way for teachers’professional development, which is attention by national more and more. There are so many documents points that pay more attention to increase the training force for preschool teacher. Such as "The outline of national long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)","some opinions for development of pre-school education on the current". And "some opinions for development of pre-school education on the current" pointed that required to prepare three years plan for pre-school education depends on unit county. Three years a plan for pre-school education contents an important element, which is the action of pre-school teachers’team construction. At the same time, to training pre-school teacher is the key to teachers’team construction. So three years plan for pre-school education contents three years plan for training pre-school teacher. Most of the studies have show that to more the effectiveness and pertinence if relay on teacher’s needs.Now, the first training year of pre-teachers is already underway. What’ s the situation of the training on Preschool teachers? How is demand characteristics of teachers’training? How is the training effect?This thesis depends on three years plan for pre-school education to research the effect of preschool teacher’s first training in Z County in SHANXI province through questionnaires and interviews. The research shows us the situation of Z County, at the same time discusses the demand characteristics of teachers’training and analysis of causes of on-the-job training. Further analysis the effect of training based on it.My study shows the following discoveris. Firstly, compared with the existing training situation of kindergarten teachers in Z county, their present training conditions have changed a lot because of the training arangement of the Three-year Action Projects of Preschool Education in Z county. There are more frequent training, various training forms, rich training contents and the focus has been on the combination of the theory and practice. Besides, department in charge of education will organize the experts majoying in early childhood education to give special trainings for the will-be trainers. And the training fees will be fully allocated by the superior department, therefore the training is free for the teachers. The time of training will be in holidays and it will mainly be centralized trainings in a large scale. Secondly, the kindergarten teachers in Z county have a strong desire for the on-the-job training. They hope to have the training once or several times in a semester, like to inspect, teach and study the training models under the detailed instruction of specialists and famous masters. They have relatively more needs for the knowledge in early childhood care and education, in children development as well as for education activities design and basic skills. What they expect a lot is that the training teachers are from university specialists, professors, kindergarten heads, and excellent kindergarten teachers. What they hope most is that the time would be better in winter or summer vacation and the fees would be fully allocated by the department in charge of education. What they perfer most is to have a comprehensive assessment and a check-up system with a high rate of participation and interaction. Finally, the Three-year Action Projects of Preschool Education in Z county has achieved certain success in kindergarten teachers’training in the first year. During the training, the trainers of municipal level, training contents, training forms, training time and training expenses have met the training needs of teachers. Some of the training teachers in the county and the training check-up form didn’t get a high evaluation. In addition, some problems still exist in the first year’s training, for example, the bad environment in the training classroom, the insufficient supervision on training and the absence of evaluation and feedback on training quality.According to research conclusion, writer will give some corresponding advice from education department,preschool teacher and kindergarden’s view, to improve effectiveness and pertinence of childcare service teacher’s training. At the same time, to advance three years plan for pre-school education of Z county.
