Research On Training Platform For Welding Technicians Based On Collaborative Model

As social market economy develops, welding process has been improved and updated, professional post’s requirements of the quality of welding technology workers are higher, so it is of particular importance to train welding technology workers constantly with modern methods in order to adapt to the demands of twenty-first century national economic construction. This paper aims to research on lifelong training and management platform of welding technology workers based on the cooperative model, which will surely become the necessity of the knowledge economy age.Based on summarizing the present situation of domestic and foreign research, this article first elaborated basic theories and methods of lifelong learning and collaborative mode. And then aiming at the training issues of welding technology workers, it focused on researching the lifelong training pattern and the cooperative training mode. On the lifelong pattern, firstly, it offered general principles for designing this kind of pattern. Under the guidance of these principles, and through the integration of knowledge discovery theory, it put forward design methods of lifelong learning pattern based on kernel clustering algorithm. On the cooperative training mode, on the basis of a given basic mode of cooperation training, it centered on researching the construction methods of cooperative training mode based on the network platform. As for the evaluation of cooperative training effect, through the integration of artificial intelligence theory, it put forward an evaluation method based on three-layered feedforward neural network and LM algorithm. This method can effectively avoid the human intervention, and enhance the objectivity of evaluation results. The paper finally offered methods to implement the welding technology training platform of welding technology workers.The research achievements of this paper are of vital significance to enrich the design theory of training pattern of welding technology workers and training needs of related businesses for welding technology workers.
