Carrying out the mode of cooperative education in vocational-technical education, to adapt the social-economic development. Now already becomes the prominent problem in the reform and development in higher vocational-technical education. However, since carrying out the mode of cooperative education in vocational-technical education in China, there are confusions about the theory itself, but there are also confusions in the concept, system and regulations in performances. How to make people better understand the obligations and regulations among the government, enterprises and schools in the mode of education. Besides, what types of inner and outer elements are needed in order to perform smoothly such mode?Base on such actual issue. College S of vocational and technical is selected as a case for studying. At such point, we discuss the background of the S vocational and technical college deeply. Besides, the role of the government, enterprises and school in this mode of education. Finally, the conclusion of this study is show.The result is the mode of cooperative education is different from the traditional disciplines of personnel training mode. It is a fundamentally different with the ordinary college in the training objectives, professional settings, and the organizational form of teachings and teachers source.The tripartite collaboration of government, enterprises and school is the key to the success. Government is playing the role of macro-control, services and intermediary. Industries, enterprises are the social basis of higher vocational education, so its commitment to sponsoring the role of major in the process, college fulfills its teaching, researching and service roles.The study results show that: Cooperation education needs the support of the external environment. The level of industrialization is the prerequisite security in cooperative education. Cooperative education needs supports from policies, financial supports and coordination of governments. This requires the improvement of relevant laws, regulations and school-enterprise cooperation and the establishment of long-term mechanism. Enterprises are the biggest beneficiary in cooperation education. Therefore, it has the business conditions. Cooperation education is the nature of higher vocational education, which are the survival methods of higher vocational-technical education.
