The Docking Study Of University Campus Cultural Construction And Enterprise Cultural Construction

Research background: In recent years, along with the acceleration of economicdevelopment and the outstanding transformation of economic structure, the demandsof talent cultivating are gradually increasing. But at present, there are a series ofproblems such as the mismatching of knowledge structure and work situation,maladjustment and failing to bear pressure when college students enter the society andwork. The cause of these problems is that a closed ivory tower just for teaching andstudent management is built in the construction of campus culture and education ofour some universities. The construction of characteristic of university campus cultureand the docking of campus culture and enterprise culture are ignored. Meanwhile,Enterprises also have a certain responsibility because in the construction of enterpriseculture, the productivity, work efficiency, the dedication and power of employers andare only emphasized. But the humanized factors of enterprise and the sociality ofemployer as people are ignored so that subconscious hurts to employers and morepressure for taking the work of college graduates are brought. If the contradictionremains and spreads, it will certainly hinder the economic and social progress andtalent cultivating of our country greatly.In this paper, the all-round and in-depth research of the university campusculture and enterprise culture has been made, and the features and value maximizationway of these two cultures are found. Subsequently, the connection and shared valuesbetween these two cultures have been found and analyzed, and the method thatbridges the gap and realizes the cohesion between them has been found. Especially,the method of campus cultural construction that takes enterprise culture as guidance isexplored, which fits the present and future society. Finally, an empirical study andanalysis on the research result has been made by the integrated method of qualitativeanalysis with quantitative analysis to ensure that research of practical value.
