The rapid development of vocational education has promoted the development of secondary vocational education to a deeper level,and the competition among schools has become increasingly fierce.In order to train and connect with better and more professional talents under enterprise’s need,adapt to the education and teaching reform under the new era,and realize the sustainable development of schools,secondary vocational schools must innovate the school-running model,accelerate the construction of campus culture with the characteristics of the school,and make vocational education rejuvenated.As a kind of job preparation education,secondary vocational education aims to cultivate social application talents,which have a certain level of culture and high-quality talents with corresponding professional skills.In order to adapt to the current industrial restructuring,the new situation of enterprise optimization and upgrading,secondary vocational schools should promote the school-enterprise cooperation and the deep integration of production and education,and should also pay attention to the connection between school campus culture and corporate culture.The corporate culture of talent cultivation emphasizes the characteristics of“occupation”.Especially for local secondary vocational education with regional social and economic missions,the effective connection between campus culture and corporate culture can not only shape the characteristic campus culture,but also create a cultural education brand,besides play a certain role in regulating and promoting regional economic development.Shaoguan City is located at the intersection of Guangdong,Hunan and Guizhou provinces.It is a large city of technical education in Guangdong Province.On the basis of earnestly studying the literature on the docking theory of school-enterprise culture at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the secondary vocational education and analyzes and summarizes the connotation of school-enterprise culture,corporate culture and school-enterprise culture.On the basis of the interviews of the six secondary vocational schools and cooperative enterprises and the school-enterprise cultural docking situation,the567 questionnaires of students,60 questionnaires of enterprises and 24 interview outlines of teachers were compiled.Using questionnaires and interviews to outline the content of cultural docking construction in six secondary vocational schools and enterprises in Shaoguan City,the way of docking and the characteristics of school-enterprise culture docking An in-depth investigation was conducted with the level and other aspects.Secondly,actively conductinterviews with teachers and relevant responsible persons of the survey school to obtain information on the status quo of school-enterprise culture docking.Finally,based on the survey results and interview information,we will explore and solve the countermeasures for the lack of matching of schools and enterprises in local vocational schools.Improving the mechanism system of school-enterprise culture docking in secondary vocational schools,and opening the cultural docking concept identification mechanism is the key to realize cultural docking and deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.The immature system of cultural docking system is imperfect,and the fault of cultural identity between schools and enterprises affects the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the development of cultural docking.Therefore,local secondary vocational schools should attach importance to the school-enterprise cultural docking construction work from the perspective of sustainable development,condense the high-quality resources of the enterprise,enrich the construction of campus culture,improve the quality of personnel training with the help of enterprise,achieve close cooperation between schools and enterprises,and accurately and seamlessly connect talents.
