Study On Culture Docking Between Colleges And Enterprises In The New Era

Vocational education is an important part of modern national education system in our country, undertaking the important task of cultivating the high-skilled talents, which is Chinese economic development pattern transformation and upgrading of the important sources of human capital required,it is very important to the realization of new industrialization and new information technology.In recent years, under the national support, vocational education has achieved rapid development, especially the higher vocational education, transport a large number of employees that have high quality and strong ability for the enterprise, has been recognized by social and enterprise.But give priority to theory and minor attention to practice, the same to hardware and software of the vocational education model also make the students in the "school" turn into "enterprise" even "social people" appeared in the process of a variety of resistance and obstacle, this greatly wasted the smooth realization of the value of human capital.The most obscure but the most important part in the conflict is the collision of the campus culture and enterprise culture, culture is a group for a long time together are formed by the common recognition and follow the values and code of conduct, but campus culture and enterprise culture in the implementation approaches, the carrier, and to reach the target by the difference between,more expanded the breadth and depth of each other in the docking conflict, performance in the student is fuzzy, weak ability to adapt and career orientation role conversion.Therefore,campus culture and enterprise culture can be effectively docking, the students can successfully "go out of school to enter the factory gate" is very important, is the cornerstone to achieve higher vocational colleges, enterprises and students win situation.The thesis begins with the concept of higher vocational campus culture and enterprise culture and the analysis of the relationship between the two, to "ask questions- surveyquestions- analysis problems- solving problems" logical order for framework, on the basis of the analysis of the two basic relations. through the survey, the author knows the current situation of culture docking between colleges and enterprises, founds that the main problems are:the depth of docking is too shallow,the power of docking is not enough,lack of effective docking platform,docking mechanism is not perfect Etc.Then investigate its reason in many aspects.In the last part,the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions of culture docking between colleges and enterprises from the four aspects of government, school, enterprise, industry organization.
