The work College Students’evaluation of teaching have develped for many years, and lead to the accumulation of a large number of data, which implies rich information about the student’s evaluation to teacher’s teaching, such as which teachers’teaching ability are students concerned, as well as the influence factors of student’s evaluation and so on.Fully excavating these data can make the implicit information display, that means to integrate the opinions of students to teachers as teachers’teaching ability evaluation results,then give the feedback to the teachers to help them get better. Using data statistical analysis and data mining knowledge and with data analysis tools:SPSS and WEKA,the paper will research in the data to find out influence factors of students’ evaluation of teaching,further, and promote professional development for teachers.The paper mainly includes the following contents:(1) Construct a diagnosis model of students’teaching satisfaction. With the method of factor analysis on the data of evaluation of teaching,we can get teachers’ ability that students care; with the decision tree analysis, we can get the key factors that influent students’ evaluation of teaching, and the key indicators that affect the key factors, which are used to diagnose where teachers’ teaching evaluation grade level is and why, and provides the improvement opinion based on these facors; with association rules, we can get the indicators that have a high correlation with key indicators, which can be used as suggestions to help teachers to improve teachers’teaching behavior, and that can beat all effect.(2) Construct a targeted reviews base and a practicable. Accroding to the modle of teachers’ teaching satisfaction,when we have teachers’ scores,we can diagnostic the reason of performance level, and we can list the different reasons of different performance,and explain the reasons and different teaching affections that performance lead to,and these together can be used as reviews base.For these reasons we can use the result of association rules and the international standards IBSTPI to form a suggestion base,that can provide practical recommendations to promote teachers’ professional development.(3) Develop a diagnosis system of students’ classroom teaching satisfaction. According to teachers’ classroom satisfaction model and the corresponding reviews base and suggestions base, the paper uses development tools JSP+SQL sever to develop a diagnosis system of teachers’ classroom teaching satisfaction. As a replanishment to the existing online system of students’ evaluation of teaching, to provide specialized teachers classroom teaching satisfaction diagnosis report, the system is to produce a personalized diagnosis report on teacher’s teaching satisfaction,from that every teacher can know his/her achievement scores, the score every item gets,and profound analysis and individualized diagnostic suggestion,which can be used to promotie professional development. While relying on the powerful database, we can realize dynamic monitoring on the teachers’ teaching.
