Research On Chinese University Autonomous Recruitment System In New Age

College entrance examination is a bridge between secondary education and university education, it is affected to tens of thousands of families.College entrance examination’s form is not static. Spring college entrance examination or Sub-province proposition all prove College entrance examination is developing. As we all know,Southeast University、 Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics andNanjing university of Science and Technology implement independent recruitment in2001, it has ten years history. In the ten years, there are many articles about the theoretical study of the independent recruitment, but few articles research on target and its implementation. The expected target not only show reached intent, but also evaluate the independent recruitment’s success or failure. This study analyzed theoretically the formation of the independent recruitment target and its implementation.In recent years, the number of universities can do independent recruitment is growing, enrollment method becoming diversified. From the point of view of the implementation, the independent recruitment policy is indeed to some extent to achieve its purpose, resulting in some positive effects, but there have been a lot of problems, making independent recruitment almost deviated from the expected target. Based on the analysis of independent recruitment’s policy、 target and its implementation, this article proposes several strategies to prevent preset target from deviating. First, establish scientific and rational target, so that the independent recruitment has a clear direction for reform; Second, improve the implementation security system of independent recruitment, reduce the Possibility of deviate expended target; Third, promote relevant measures reform and improve the mechanism of integrity;Fourth, establish a professional examination institution to ensure fair and scientific of examination.
