Independent college is a new model in the reform of higher education in China,which plays an important role in the popularization of higher education.Compared with public institutions,its biggest characteristic is that the school running funds are not included in the government budget by private investors to bear independently,so cost control,improve the competitiveness of independent colleges is of great significance to the survival and development.Many problems exist in the recruitment of teaching staff in independent colleges,such as irregular recruitment process,single recruitment channel,loss from high,which not only wastes a lot of manpower and material resources,restricts the long-term development of the school,ineffective recruitment of teaching staff academic level and teaching level directly affect the output quality of school personnel.How to recruit the most suitable teaching staff at the lowest cost,to complete the school recruitment objectives,each independent college needs to consider the problem.Based on post competence,Maslow's hierarchy of needs,cost control and management theory,this paper takes Zhujiang university as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in its recruitment practice in recent three years,and puts forward targeted and feasible countermeasures,which has guiding significance for reality.Firstly,this paper summarizes the effectiveness of recruitment and recruitment,including the influencing factors,objectives,evaluation system,the necessity and importance of effective recruitment.The influencing factors of recruitment effectiveness include recruitment unit factor,candidate factor and social environment factor.The goal of effective recruitment: through the scientific planning of the organization's recruitment,continuous improvement of working methods,improve the efficiency of recruitment,the introduction of the most appropriate talent at the lowest cost.Secondly,this paper analyzes the basic status of human resources in the Zhujiang College,South China Agricultural University,the current recruitment process in which there are difficulties and challenges.In view of the recruitment practice in our university,based on the previous research results,we construct an effective evaluation system for recruitment and make an effective diagnosis,focusing on the analysis of the main factors affecting the efficiency of recruitment in our university.Finally,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures,to strengthen the weak link of pre-recruitment preparatory work,in-depth study of the details of the job to improve the quality of the interview work in the middle of the recruitment period,and puts forward practical suggestions for rectification;The follow-up policy for post-recruitment staff has been adjusted and optimized,including staff education and professional training of human resources capacity-building,improve the level of wages and salaries of teachers,etc.This paper defines the specific measures to solve the problem,to do a good job in the recruitment system,and truly improve the effectiveness of the recruitment of independent colleges and universities has important practical research value and practical significance.
