Research On The Development Current Status And Countermeasure Of Hip-Hop Studio In Hunan Province

After ten years of the hip-hop’s popularity in China, the hip-hop had been great progress. At the same time, the number of the Hip Hop Studio in Hunan Province are rapidly increasing. Through the research of Hunan Province Hip Hop Studio’s development and the summery of problem and experience about the author’s Hip Hop Studio, the author expect to find the factors restricting the development of Hunan Hip Hop Studio. And put forward the effective countermeasures of Hunan Province Hip Hop Studio’s healthy development, in order to build a scientific and rational development path of Hip Hop Studio in Hunan Province. The research of this subject can enrich our theoretical study on hip-hop sport’s training and promotion. It has a great theoretical significance to guide the Hip Hop Studio in healthy development of China.The paper used research method of literature data method, interview method, field investigation method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis and mathematical statistics method. Those methods are used on research of the number and distribution, operators, and business purposes, the scale of operation, operating mode, management models, training methods, coaches, equipment, operational efficiency and trainees participate in the hip-hop sport’s value orientation of the Hunan Province Hip Hop Studio. It’s also used in research the factors of restricting the development status of the Hip Hop Studio in Hunan Province, as well as effective countermeasures to promote the healthy development of Hunan Province Hip Hop Studio.The results show that:First, the basic situation until today of the development of Hunan Province Hip Hop Studio:It mainly concentrated in the economic, cultural and transportation which is well developed. The development of mainstream of that is small scale, with the high-tech equipment, auxiliary teaching there is still large development space; the past two years the number of hip-hop studio in Hunan Province had rapidly growth, intense competition between the Hip Hop Studio with students; Dance Studio operators in Hunan Province, gender male, age21-30years old main mostly undergraduate degree, participated in professional training less, the proportion of award-winning dance competition, participate in business performance more; Dance Studio in Hunan Province coach mostly part-time, age21-30years of age-based, mixed ability and quality, lack of teaching experience. Second, the status of the management and operation of the Hunan Provincial Dance Studio:Dance Studio in Hunan province mainly to joint ventures, a higher proportion of chain operation, most are not registered in the local business sector, member participants as the main operating mode. Dance Studio in Hunan Province, the operating-life of1-2years to operating profit and personal interests as its principal business purposes; Training regular classes, to improve the class in two modes; leaflets as the main method of daily admissions; established a student file; Third, the factors that constraint the benign operation of Hunan Province Hip Hop Studio:the lower level of management within the industry; operators overall quality and coaches professional quality are not good; a shortage of teaching equipment; lack of practice and training opportunities and platforms such as hip-hop competition and business performance.In view of the above situation, the paper proposed four countermeasures in order to make the Hunan Hip Hop Studio developed in healthy and orderly:First, it’s should strengthen the management and improve the management level; Second, the industry associations of Hunan Province Hip Hop Studio should be formation, with organizing dance competition regularly to exchange Hip Hop information and skill; Third, the government departments should strengthen the management and guidance; Fourth, the Hunan Province Hip Hop Studio should focus on innovation, Rational orientation and building brands, to explore the connotations of Huxiang Culture. The Hunan Province Hip Hop Studio should building the Huxiang connotation of the Chinese hip-hop culture system, and promote it’s industrialization operations.
