Teacher studio dated back to the early period of the new curriculum reform of the basic education in China.It was inspired from the tech and the literary system and application in education career.Teacher studio is teachers based on the common goal,under the organization of experts,through dialogue,cooperation and sharing of activity to promote teachers' professional development community.The essence of the famous studio is a community of practice.It also takes into account the importance to the role of the practical wisdom of teachers,ability training.Dafeng area middle and primary school teacher to the operation of the studio as the research object,according to the theory of teacher professional development and the theoretical basis of teacher professional learning community.From the overall operation,the formation conditions and cases run three dimensions to expand.With assistance of interview and cases analysis,Questionnaire design problems from six aspects.Including members to participate in the activities of the cause of the studio,the status que,members of the liking of its activities and stress status,activities and problems.Interview involves two parts,the first part is about Lian XianRen interviews,teacher professional learning community theory,From the perspective of people,led the formation of the studio to talk about the conditions,including the formation of the foundation,the problem Run,route to growth and development guarantee the ultimate goal of these five areas.The second part is the interviews with members of the studio,this part is interspersed with,in case the studio interview content is mainly used to reflect the actual operation effect.This study case is Xizhihong masters studio,from two aspects of the operation condition,the surrounding led demonstrations,cooperation and communication,and read the reflection into four steps to reflect the practical operation of Dafeng masters studio.Finally,the author of the study are summarized and reflection,and put forward the suggestions and strategies in need of improvement,in order to help improve the teachers'training,provides the reference for teachers' professional development theory,promote the balanced development of the education teaching reform and education.
