With the development of new high school curriculum reform,a new era for high school teachers’ professional requirement enhances unceasingly.Therefore,in order to promote the professional development of high school teachers,the master studio is to become a new way of the current teacher training.It not only accords with the actual demand for education,but also enrichs the way of high school teachers’ professional development.The master studio is a learning organization which is led by the master’s demonstration and composed of the teachers of the same discipline.It is a combination of teaching and research community.The famous master studio,through the famous teacher demonstration,peer assistance,class grinding,class evaluation,self-reflection and so on,realizes a variety of research activities such as class example research topic research,so as to promote the development of high school teachers’ professional ability.Taking Zhanjiang J masters studio as a case study.Through literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case study method,this paper analyzes the master studio operation mechanism activities type and evaluation method,and analyzes how to use masters studio to promote the professional development of high school teachers.In order to investigate and study on the problems of teacher studio,it tries to promote teachers’ professional development and puts forward the improvement method so as to provide the reference theory for other masters studio to promote high school teachers’ professional development.Taking Zhanjiang J Master Studio as an example,The survey results show that this study finds out the following fundamental problems existing in the promotion of professional development of high school teachers by master studios: The studio formation mode makes teachers’ subjectivity insufficient,teachers are difficult to balance the studio tasks with their own work,teachers’ work in the studio is not supported by the outside world,the studio fails to meet the needs of teachers’ development from the details,and the studio is monotonous in the way of teacher evaluation.Based on the analysis of these fundamental problems,this study finds out the corresponding reasons behind them: lack of perfect organization mechanism,lack of awareness of independent development,lack of effective external support,lack of efficient communication activities and lack of comprehensive evaluation system.After finding out the problems and causes,this study puts forward corresponding solutions and methods for these problems and causes.
