| ZhuoDa education group is affiliated to the ZhuoDa group, is with the development of real estate industry ZhuoDa came from,through more than five years’development although it already have a certain foundation, including preschool education, the basic education, vocational education and higher education of all stages of school education.still faces many problems, such as speed of development is slow and severe losses.This article aims to explore how ZhuoDa education group quickly changed the current negative situation, how it get good development way,and how it make a new competition strategy.for ZhuoDa education group.Paper first reviews the development course of the ZhuoDa education group, then use the PEST analysis method and five competitive forces analysis method to explore the internal and external environment of ZhuoDa education group.and points out that the publishing of private education stimulating law and people’ demand of high quality education provided significant opportunity for the ZhuoDa education. but the Ordinary education enrollment’ expansion and the rapid development of non-government funded education make the education market to growing more competitive. ZhuoDa education group has the internal advantage that have abundant capital support and the special feature of distinguishing education, but at the same time the brand visibility is low,and lacking of talents.This paper according to above analysis to point out that the ZhuoDa education group should take the diversity of the competition strategy that highlight the education characteristics and provide high added value’ education, through the increasing the investment to build a high level of teacher team and improve the quality of education to form brand advantage and finally to achieve rapid development. |
