| This study tried to influence the performance of primary school students’ physical fitness test through volleyball special physical training,in order to change the primary school’s body shape,improve the primary school’s physical function,and strengthen the primary school’s physical fitness To achieve the goal of improving the physical health of primary school students.Then explore the positive effects and shortcomings of volleyball special physical training in intervening the physical fitness of primary school students,put forward improvement measures,and give constructive opinions and suggestions.This research focuses on the impact of volleyball specific physical training on the physical fitness test of primary school students.The measurement method and the mathematical statistics method were studied,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of experiment,volleyball specific physical training and regular physical education teaching both produced the results of the physical fitness test of primary school students.Positive impact,but the impact of volleyball specific physical training on pupils ’physical fitness test scores is better than that of conventional physical education teaching,which can more effectively improve the pupils’ physical fitness test scores and improve their physical health.(2)Volleyball specific physical training has different effects on the various indicators of the physical fitness test of primary school students.Among them,the volleyball specific physical training has different effects on height,BMI index,vital capacity,50-meter run and score,50-meter × 8 round-trip run and score.,The total score of the physical test is very obvious;it has a significant impact on body weight,BMI score,vital capacity score,and one-minute rope skipping;it has little effect on one-minute rope skipping score,sitting body forward and score,one-minute sit-ups and score.(3)Volleyball specific physical training and conventional physical education teaching have little effect on sitting body forward bending and scoring,one-minute sit-ups and scoring.It shows that the impact of volleyball special physical training on the physical fitness test scores of primary school students has certain limitations,and the impact on students’ sitting body forward bending,one-minute sit-ups is limited. |
