The21st century is the era of rapid development of economic,science and technology. Culture of human society has entered apost-modern society. The post-modern society, a new impact on thefield of education, human learning doesn’t meet the information needsof the times, the concept of modern education is proposed. Tendencyto opposing the centers of post-modern perspective on curriculumadvocates dynamic building of the open curriculum framework,whether the training objectives, course content or teacher-studentrelationship has changed, post-modern perspective on curriculum putmore emphasis on human values, advocates educational purposes ofschools should be the broad approach not restricted to the singlepurpose of education, advocates to cultivate the citizens with criticallymulticultural ability in society, the curriculum focuses on learning andself-discovery.From knowledge to the care of people, this is a big step forward inpost-modern curriculum. In the new historical period, the period will bethe concern of people into the curriculum design is post-modernperspective on curriculum beyond the time School-based curriculum isan important part of the system of the school curriculum, school-basedcurriculum development and implementation has become animportant task of the curriculum reformation. The revelation of thepost-modern perspective on curriculum development in human careand school-based curriculum help us to re-examine three aspects ofthe course objectives, course content and curriculum implementationand evaluation of our school-based curriculum for educationalresearch and solve a variety of practical problems in education newideas and perspectives.Penetration into the course of concept, more attention should be paid on the art school-based curriculum in the post-modernperspective on curriculum. It emphasizes the development of humanecare programs. The topics focused on how to develop the art of highschool to highlight the "human care" school-based curriculum. Highschool art teaching take full advantage of a variety of educationalresources to stimulate the thinking of the teachers care about theschool curriculum reformation.It concerned the effectiveness ofclassroom teaching to build a teacher-student relationship, take theinitiative to explore the personalized form of teaching, and establishingthe development of the school and students to use school-basedmaterials. Our art education will be a different picture by then.
