Bilingual curriculum is an important part of the curriculum in China's colleges and universities. How to establish bilingual curricula is an issue worthy of study in the university.Firstly, this thesis adopts the document-analysis method to review the literature of bilingual curricula internationally and post-modern perspective on curricula in order to outline the developing trend of the both.Secondly, to introduce the special features on bilingual curricula in Chinese universities and the link with the post-modern perspective on curricula, including bilingual curriculum objectives, the establishment of bilingual curricula, the implementation of bilingual curricula, to understand all aspects of the difference from the non-college bilingual curricula and the basic bilingual curricula. Then through the two perspectives-"comparison between home and abroad" and the "survey" to explore the implementation issues on bilingual curriculums in Chinese universities and reach the following conclusion: the bilingual teaching ways and teaching strategies are far to satisfy the actual demand of the students. It is mainly manifested in the lack of interactions and communications between teachers and students in the bilingual classroom, fewer opportunities for students to participate in classroom discussions, fewer opportunities for self-display, and so on. Two ways out: One is depending on adjusting the concept of bilingual teachers and updating teaching methods; the other is relying on external supervising, developing the bilingual curriculum evaluation system in line with the characteristics of the university, which embodies the necessity and importance of the system.Lastly, to construct the new concept of bilingual teachers in guide of the post-modernism; to construct the bilingual curriculum evaluation system, including the "assessment on teachers," and "assessment on students", with the practical support from the Columbia University and the Washington University in the United States, and China's Wuhan University, to solve the bilingual problem, to provide reference guide to the building of bilingual curriculum evaluation system in China's universities.
