Research On Intelligent Intermediary Services In The School Commissioned Management

The entrust management of school did important rule in improvingthe weak schools, and by educational intermediaries doing entrustmanagement can be an intending direction.Shanghai Success Education Management and Consultation Center(in below abstract will be used with Success Center for short) will be theobject in this paper, including its intellectual service. The Success Centerachieved the obvious effect in the entrust management of school. Theresearch question is how the Success Center provide the intellectualintermediary service during entrust management process. The questioncan be divided into four sections: What platform will be built? How thesolution can be shaped? How the solution will be implemented? Andwhat are the factors of the successful intellectual intermediary service?Below are the conclusions:In order to complete the entrust task, the Success Center built andadjusted the platform of center function, entrust management team andperiphery support. The efficient interaction and experience accumulationaccelerated the task completing and the Success Center developing.In order to ensure the objectivity and rationality of the solution, theweak school will be diagnosed twice, thus the scheme can be formed toinstruct the entrust management.During managing by delegation, the normative management and E-platform in teaching and learning need introduced, teachers andstudents’development can be improved. The success education thoughtwill be impenetrated from the beginning to the end.The factors why intellectual intermediary service can achieve thesuccess include consistency of requirement, normative management,organizational learning ability, platform interaction, and resourceabundance.The contribution of this paper include as below:The research on the Success Center was through the vision ofintellectual intermediary service. The successful factors of the SuccessCenter were opened out. The standard process and reference can beprovided for this kind of school change, including the promotion of theentrust management of school and the weak school improvement.
