Schools Commissioned By The Management Of The Process Of Cultural Conflict And Countermeasures

The entrust management of school is a new model of school management which was introduced from other countries to improve the weak schools in the edge districts in Shanghai. In the countries such as the U.S.A and Britain, the management model was already carried out a lot of time by kinds of forms, but this is a new model for us. In 2005, we had our first attempt about the model in Pudong district of Shanghai. Until 2007, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Education decided to improve the weak schools by this way, including Jinshan district, Fengxian district and so on. The relevant personnel lacked the experiments because of the new model. Therefore, although it is had a great achievement in the initial, after that the cultural conflict of this model showed it's clearly characterize. The article author participated the research of Regional Security Mechanism of Entrust Management in received districts. And according to the research wrote the thesis. So our thesis will describe the relevant questions in the area of school management, teaching and campus actives by the basis of this research, such as the types of cultural confliction. And we also discuss the reasons about the cultural confliction. At last we will give some advice to help the people who work for this school management model to solve the similar problem in it.
