The core strategy of the second-round curriculum reform is that thecurriculum is to provide the students with the learning opportunity andthe learning experience. It is based on the development of studentsand the ways of learning is the breakthrough to cultivate students’creative and practical ability. This essay is based on the neweducational concept and combined with the practical maths teachingin the junior middle school. It also investigates how to improve students’autonomous learning ability in maths by Guided Teaching with LearningPlan in junior middle school. This essay emphasizes how to write theguided teaching materials and how to lead students to learn thematerials themselves by Guided Teaching with Learning Plan tocultivate their learning habits gradually so that they can improve theirautonomy and independent learning abilities in maths.The ways of literature study and experimental study are mainly usedwith the investigation method and observational method in this essay.This reseach concludes the operational and adaptation of usingGuided Teaching with Learning Plan to improve students’ autonomouslearning ability in maths in junior middle school.There are five parts in this essay. The background of the mode ofGuided Teaching with Learning Plan, the purpose, the importance andthe problem of the research are mentioned in Part One. In Part Two, thepractical basis and the theoretical foundation of this project areillustrated. The writing,the implement principle and the process of theleaning plan are analyzed in Part Three. The concrete content of theprocess of Guided Teaching with Learning Plan and its promoting roleof students’ autonomous learning ability are illustrated in Part Four. Inpart five, it is mentioned that the mode of Guided Teaching withLearning Plan can implement initiative of students and improve their autonomous learning ability and inquiry spirit in Part Five. The mode ofGuided Teaching with Learning Plan can not only improve the teachingquality but also create the relaxing and interactional class atmosphereto strengthen the communication between students and teachers.
