Its taken as the means to cultivate the new national qualifiedcitizens, meanwhile, its also the education issues concerned by theworld.The essay is based on the spirit of the party s17,“The centralcommittee of the communist party of the state council on furtherstrengthening and improving minors construction of morals and thoughtof some Suggestions” and guided by "second version " concept anddepends on “The national spirit education students guidelines”.
