At present, the reform of basic education into the connotation ofdevelopment stage, the core areas or growing point of theconstruction of school connotation of curriculum reform. Curriculumreform is urgent need to improve schools, especially the curriculumleadership of principals. Therefore, at this stage, the curriculumleadership of principals showing the unique status and role. This requireseducators to research and analysis on the principals curriculumleadership to meet the needs of the school curriculum reform. QingpuDistrict, Shanghai under the guidance of the New Curriculum in theclassroom teaching reform an outstanding contribution to Shanghaitwo curriculum to expand the pilot schools. In this process, the schoolprincipals curriculum leadership plays a huge role in their experience isworth learning, is a very representative of the school. Therefore, thisstudy focuses on the curriculum of leadership of the Qingpu District, theschool principal as the core leadership team.Basic education in Shanghai in connotation stage of development,the reform has entered the core areas of education, principals arerequired to enhance the curriculum leadership.
