Along with the promoting of the curriculum reform,the system of three-level curriculum management specifies the different power about the curriculum among the State,local education authorities and the schools.On one hand,the principal must take on the role of understanding curriculum affairs from educational administration departments and school.On the other hand,they are responsible for the school.Clarifying the responsibility of curriculum leaders will make for breaking the traditional issues of people referring to the principal as"administration",and highlighting the status and function of which in the school curriculum leadership to get the Sustainable and creative development of the school curriculum.The purpose of this study is to find principal curriculum leadership course contents and operation process vision, and analysis of the specific path of the principal curriculum leadership.The paper is based on the present situation of the research of curriculum leadership,combining with the related theory.The author takes qualitative research methods investigate and analysis the principal C,who hold X primary school.On the basis of the analysis,the author take method of qualitative research is carried out through observation,interview, and analysis of the relevant literature to research the present situation of X primary school's course leadership,and investigated and analyzed it.The author finds that the President of C is still very thin on the understanding aspect of the course vision, but has a certain vision and construction ability.This article from the course plan development,implementation and evaluation of three curriculum leadership path observed C the principal curriculum leadership behavior.In the process of curriculum implementation,C promote the construction of the school curriculum by finding of the curriculum implementation,to create space for teachers,pay attention to the professional development of teachers' reflective. At the X primary school, teachers and students evaluation involve various evaluation methods,but the evaluation of the course is somewhat difficult.According to the C principal curriculum leadership's vision as well as the discussion of the path,finally, the author according to the C's principal curriculum leadership vision and path and the discussion of the research tool , the author himself,and theoretical orientation in the process of research, standard, to reflect the discussion of the theory and method of this study.On the basis of reflection, the author according to the specific condition of case study, combined with previous researchers to the principal of the investigation of the status of the curriculum leadership and strategy research, and puts forward the Suggestions on how to improve the level of the principal curriculum leadership.
