With the continuous progress and development of society and the continuous improvement of women's social status,female principals have gradually developed into an indispensable force in the school management team.But questions and debates about female headmasters' leadership have never stopped.Primary education is the foundation of basic education,so this study takes female principals in primary schools as the research object,renews people's understanding of female principals' leadership,eliminates prejudice against female leaders,and improves the status of women in school management,so as to promote school improvement.Based on the above background and significance,this study selected a female principal Z of S Primary School in S City as the research object,using narrative research,case study,interviews and other research methods to explore the leadership of Z principal.Through interviews with Z principals and teachers of S elementary school and non-participatory observation and data collection in S elementary school,it is concluded from the data that the growth of Z principals has gone through three stages of leadership accumulation,development and critical period,which lays a foundation for the development of leadership in S elementary school;according to the moral example of transformational leadership model,vision incentive,leadership charm,individual Four aspects of sexual care analyze the exertion of Z principal's leadership.The research concludes that the influencing factors of Z principal's leadership mainly include Z principal's personal characteristics,family support,the influence of key figures and the support and recognition from all walks of life.Finally,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of Z principal's leadership,the paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the leadership of female principals from two perspectives.From the perspective of female principals themselves,the quality of female leaders should be improved and strong motivation for achievement should be established.From the external perspective,female principals need the understanding and care of family members,the support and approval of students' parents,etc.
