Researeh Of The Problems And Solutions Of The Loss Of Talents In Vocational Colleges

Developing vocational education is an important means to practice education system reform and promote the development of our society and the employment rate. To realize the goal of training talents for our developing society and economy, vocational colleges are faced with a series of problems such as lack of funds, unstable fund supply. Although the government increased the financial investment in vocational colleges every year, it still can’t meet the needs of the development of vocational education cause. At present, in most of vocational colleges, the state financial investment can only cover the staff wages. There are still great shortage of school buildings and equipment. Compared with undergraduate universities and colleges, which receive more support from the government, vocational colleges have more difficulties in training and retaining talents. However, only by retaining advanced talents can vocational schools form their college-running feature. Therefore they can truly achieve further development. To train and keep advance talents, we are supposed to reform the management system, improve the current conditions and meet teachers’need in particular. Through the introduction of the talent structure and talent loss situation, this essay analyses the causes of talent loss in vocational colleges with the empirical research method.The essay is divided into five parts.The essay begins with introduction. It consists of the significance of the subject, literature review, the framework and research methods of the essay.The second part is the talent structure and characteristics of talent loss in vocational schools. This part analyzed the talent structure in vocational colleges, expounds the talent loss situation and characteristics in vocational colleges and obtain comprehensive information of the causes of talent loss in vocational colleges.The third part is the Empirical analysis of talent loss in vocational colleges, taking Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology for example. A questionnaire was designed to survey teachers in the mentioned college, collect statistics data. The author analyzed the results reflected by the questionnaire and make conclusive analysis of the causes of talent loss in vocational colleges.The fourth part is the solutions of the loss of talents in vocational colleges, which includes creating pleasant working atmosphere, solving their problems, raising wages, improving career planning, strengthening talents training system and hardware.The fifth part is conclusion, which is mainly about the shortcoming of the essay and instructions of future research direction.
