With the continuous expansion of the scale of China's higher education reform,private higher vocational colleges have become an important form of higher education in China,and its development plays an important role in China's higher education.However,private vocational colleges in recent years,although the rapid development,but it is facing a grim reality,that is,China has not yet formed a mature mechanism to protect the construction and development of private higher vocational faculties.Although the flow of faculties keep a certain proportion of unqualified faculties can eliminate the influence brought by the new faculties to enrich the team to bring new blood into the team of faculties,training faculties but the long-term flow will eclipse on the quality of teaching and students caused great harm.At the same time,it will greatly hinder the development of private higher vocational colleges.In this context,the construction has high quality and high level and relative stability of faculties is particularly important.Private higher vocational colleges need to make its stable and improve the level of human resource management to reduce the brain drain.This thesis aims at making an empirical research to G private higher vocational College based on theories of human resource.First of all,the author will define faculties and brain drain of private higher vocational college.Then the thesis uses the theory of hygiene-motivational factors;the theory of teacher specialization and Employer brand theory to explain and analyze the role of them in this thesis;then the current situation of G private higher vocational College was investigated and studied in depth,and we analyze the reasons of brain drain in G private higher vocational College from three aspects of external factors,internal factors and faculties' personal factors.At last,the author will presents some corresponding solutions on the basis of theories of staff hygiene-motivational factors and theories of human resource management.
