The lack of enjoyability is the maximum current situation of China’s higher education network courses resources.Presiding teachers of network courses are the planners and implementers of the network courses construction, the teaching quality of teachers determines the enjoyability of network courses directly. At present, the presiding teachers’lack of teaching skills and network curriculum designing ideal, the inappropriate appointment of the presiding teachers, and the imperfect network curriculum evaluation index system, are the main reasons that caused the lack of the enjoyability of network courses resources. By actively learning the successful experience abroad and combining the actual situation of China, we should enhance the training of teachers’ teaching skill and appoint the outstanding presiding teacher team, unfold the training of network curriculum designing ideals, perfect network curriculum evaluation index system, improve the availability status of the quality network courses. So that to improve the enjoyability by maintaining the quality of shared resources, and to improve the teaching quality of higher education.
