In order to promote the application of modern informationtechnology in teaching and fully share quality teaching resources, theMinistry of Education launched teaching quality project in2003whichincluded the program of elaborate courses. As part of higher education,Higher Vocational Colleges have taken great effort to deepen thestudy of building elaborate courses. As a result, the proportion ofelaborate courses is continuously increasing. Sharing these HigherVocational Colleges’ elaborate courses on network is an important wayto use and evaluate them.This paper bases on modern education theory. It has closeconnection with the feature of Higher Vocational Education. In thispaper, we take full advantage of modern educational technology todiscover the strategy of sharing elaborate courses by network. Ourstrategy starts from teaching practice to build a modular elaboratecourse system with career practice as mainline and project’s courses asmain body. Moreover, we absorb the existing advanced research resultand make positive experiment and innovation, with the subject toconstruct course-featured elaborate course network resource. Suchworks help to promote students skill and innovative ability.In this paper, we first describe the reason of picking this topic. Wedescribe the content and significance of this research and the researchmethod based on our analysis of the status of elaborate course networkresources. We also describe the theoretical basis for the design principalof elaborate course network resources, including The connotation ofthe construction of elaborate course network resources, teachingtheory and software engineering. We take the real estate appraisalpractice course as example by sharing this course through network anddo both theoretical and practical research on elaborate course network resource. We develop a network site to share these elaboratecourses. We create new teaching model in teaching practice tochange the real estate appraisal course’s hard-to-teach situation.Finally, we conduct this paper by describe the advantage anddisadvantage of this research. We also make some suggestions of howto promote the construction of elaborate course network resource andare eager to learn from our readers with the subject to making ourteaching better.
