Research On Agricultural And Forestry Colleges Student’s Employment Problem And Countermeasure

Employment is a fundamental survival of people. Under the background of China’s economic structural adjustment and the continuing impact of global financial crisis, college students’ employment is the focus issue which attracts the community attention, and an essential content to build a socialist harmonious society. The agricultural and forestry college students face a particularly severe employment, because of the professional characteristics, biogenic structure and career choice. In this paper, according to the research on the employment situation of agricultural and forestry college students in the southwest, make a comprehensive understanding of new situations and new problems which faced by the current employment of agricultural and forestry college students, dig the main reasons of the employment problem of agricultural and forestry college students; and puts forward some practical and effective measures from the government, society, colleges and individual level, to provide new ideas of agricultural and forestry college students’ employment, explore the new channel and way to solve the employment problem. The whole paper is divided into four sections from different levels and angles to explore.The first part is the introduction part. It mainly elaborate the background of topic, research, significance, research status and its comments, main content and research methods.The second part is the main part. Including the content which from the second chapter to the fourth chapter. This part focuses on raise problems, analyze problems and solve problems, using theoretical and empirical analysis of the status of agricultural and forestry college student’s employment, causes and countermeasures, and under this basement to explore new ways to solve the employment problems. Among them, the second chapter discourse the employment status of the agricultural and forestry college students, make a survey of college student’s employment, and focus on the employment situation and characteristics, employment opportunities and challenges; Summarize the specific problems of college students’ employment. The third chapter discusses the problems and the reasons for the employment of agricultural and forestry college students, discourse from the three aspects of government, colleges, college students; which emphasized government efforts to the concern of the agricultural and forestry colleges is not enough, and attraction of grassroots employment is not strong; Professional setting is not match with the needs of the market, employment guidance and services not targeted; Finally, from the subjective reasons that college students level discusses the professional ideology is not solid, career concept deviation; and employment expectation is not fit for the reality. Chapter four, on the basis of the former chapters, suggestions and ways to solve the employment problem discussed from government university and college students three levels; proposed colleges should pay attention to the guide effect of ideological and political education which influenced the career guidance、career concept entrepreneurial concept; College students take part in the grassroots employment and entrepreneurial.The third part is the conclusion and outlook part. Make a brief summary of this research and raise the inadequacies of the research, and problems which is worthy doing further research. And find the new way to promote the cooperation among student’s employment, grassroots employment and entrepreneurial.The innovation of this paper is:in perspective, the construction of a new socialist countryside、entrepreneurial、and China State Council approved the "western development"12th Five-Year Plan", which will promote the employment of agricultural and forestry colleges in the southwest to a new level. In content, make a comprehensive and systematic research on the employment situation and problems of agricultural and forestry colleges in the southwest. The importance of strengthen the ideological and political education in the exploring of countermeasures of college students’employment, guide students to establish a correct concept of employment, and join in the western development and the new socialist countryside construction actively.
