Enhance the effectiveness of classroom management is a prominent issue facing the students was not ideal middle school politics classroom teaching. Traditional practice of forced coercion rely on teachers not only need the teachers to spend a lot of emphasis on classroom discipline, to maintain classroom discipline, and often exacerbated by the conflict between teachers and students is not conducive to the cultivation of students’healthy personality and motivation, can not guarantee that the political teaching goals. To solve this problem, the authors in teaching practice to try to dual the main theory as a guide to improve the political class classroom management, and achieved certain results. This article is a summary of the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in this process of practice.The full text is divided into three chapters. Chapter1Introduction, introduces the topics of meaning and Related Research, the theoretical basis of this research project, research methods and innovations. The second chapter is the understanding of the theory of pairs of the main theory and the theory of effective classroom management. Introduces the dual connotation of the main theory, the connotation of effective classroom management theory, as defined in the standard of effective classroom management, the main factors that affect efficient classroom management, as well as the application of pairs of the main theories to promote the need for efficient classroom management of high school ideological and political. The third chapter is the application of pairs of the main theories to promote middle school politics and efficient classroom management practices and effects analysis, mainly to create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and enhance the charm of classroom instruction, develop a reasonable management practices, and culture of good behavior specific summary and elaboration.
