The Research Of The Social Capital And Health Inequality

Society as a whole or individual, health is very important.With more and more comprehensive understanding of factors affect the health,social capital impacting on the health of residents has become a hot issue and cannot be avoided. The research uses data from W community in Tianjiin collected and measures social capital with social network.Taking tianjin W community of the city’s residents as the research object, combined with the social network analysis method of social capital quality network heterogeneity from three aspects measurement by means of regression analysis, qualitative analysis and so on many kinds of analysis method, this paper discusses the social capital of each index of city people found that, on the quantity of social capital aspect.the amount of total social capital to health has positive effect to city residents, the bigger the better health, network size’s the influence of the negative on health.On the quality aspect, the network members the percentage of relatives of the influence of health is not significant, the network members of the average intimate degree of positive health greater influence than nets to the health the positive influence on the top.On the heterogeneity aspect, network members of the higher vocational heterogeneity, city residents health condition, the better.
