With the coming of knowledge economy, international competition is essentiallythe competition of education and talents. In this international situation, to enhance thecomprehensive quality of the students, China is the full implementation of qualityeducation. And a series of educational teaching sessions were held to further deepenthe understanding of quality education, promote quality education and to improve thequality of the whole nation and promoting national innovation ability and cultivateinnovative talents dialectically. This must change impede students’ independentthinking ability and the innovative development of the conception of education andthe education mode.Students’ thinking ability can develope the innovation education.The first part of this paper is an overview of the current domestic and foreignrelated to thinking and psychological research, analyzes the characteristics and thelaws of physics thinking.The second part of this paper studied the current situation of junior middleschool students’ thinking obstacle. Through interviewing with teachers and studentsquestionnaire, we found in the thinking obstacles in physics learning in the crux of theproblem, and explored its possible genesis analysis.In the third part of this paper, the teaching concept, mode and method arediscussed. Thinking and inquiry teaching is not only the class but also a class contentof inquiry. Inquiry is a concept, a problem, a question, a question of many aspects ofthe research, and inquiry teaching can not overly formal and should stand on solidground to solve specific problems.The fourth part of this paper introduces the inquiry teaching practice and createsthe best teaching environment, cultivates and stimulates the students’ interest inlearning, puts forward questions, improves students’ ability to analyze and solvesproblems independently, cultivates their ability to acquire knowledge. In inquiryteaching process, we let the students know the importance of collaborative operation,cultivate students’ the spirit of solidarity strengthen the self-learning ability ofstudents and foster the students’ ability of independent analysis. In every inquiryteaching finally, we let students free exchange and evaluation.Inquiry teaching is seemed as a new teaching mode, now for the majority of thephysics teachers to accept and for the majority of the students. So it is helpful to reform the traditional teaching model, will be helpful to develop students’ subjectposition in teaching and improve the ability to analyze and solve problems, toencourage students and to take the initiative, positive, innovative learning. Therefore,to improve the ability of learning, it but also can help teachers to improve theirqualities, and also ultimately improve the quality of teaching. It is beneficial to thesociety high speed development.
