With market economy developing rapidly and economic globalizing,the values of Materialism is becoming more prevalent among the Chinese people,especially for the college students.Growing up under the background of reform and opening up,"after90" college students’s value orientation problem is more outstanding, some of them have a strong desire for material and money influnced by various factors and even believe that money can solve all the problems, but whether or not all of the90’s college students have such ideas? This is worth thinking about. In view of this, this paper tries to study the90’s college students’ materialism values to provide a reference for cultivating their psychological health and personality.Materialism is the personal values which emphasized the obsession of material wealth,to show people on the value orientation, tend to materialism, pursue high material, high quality life, the money and position as the value of the struggle of target and such a life attitude. In order to better understand "after90" college students the condition of the socialist values material. First of all,the paper analysis the90’s college students’ tendency of materialism values; Then, analyze the90’s college students’ differences from gender, grade, major, age, region etc; Finally, analyze the influencing factors about the90’s college college students’ materialistic values.The research found that the90’s college students’ materialistic values is distortion in some extent; The materialistic values of "after90" college students are evidently different in some demographic variables, such as gender, major, region, family background etc, and in grade and age did not differ significantly. This distorted materialistic values is shaped by the family environment, information environment, social environment, cultural environment, campus environments and college students themselves.
