The Reseach Of Penetratiing Ideological And Political Education In The University Of Professional Teaching

The ideological and political education is an integral part of University educationsystem.it can help students to establish a correct outlook on life and values,it plays animportant role in students’development.With the rapid development of technology and information technology advances,Ideas of students becomes more diversity. There are some problems in the classes ofIdeological and Political.So it is necessary to make professional teachers become amember of the Ideological and political education teams. Each course can educatepeople in university, Educating students is the teacher’sduty,so it is necessary topenetratiing Ideological and Political Education in the university of Professionalteaching.My paper starts from teachers’ duty, Through the questionnaire,I found out thecouse of Penetratiing Ideological and Political Education in the university ofProfessional teaching, then I identify problems,analyze the causes and takeappropriate measures. In order to make study objectivit,I selected five universities inhunan province as the object of study. I adhere to the methods of the literature,surveyand comparison. In order to Improve the quality of specialized teachers and Improvethe mechanism of university education,I make good use of Education,psychology,sociology and educational psychology.I think Penetratiing Ideological andPolitical Education in the university of Professional teaching, We should adhere to theprinciples of Combination of theory and practice,Combination of example and precept,People-oriented combined with the strict requirements,Combination of teaching andeducating people,Oriented principle.All in all, the teacher should improve the professionalism and moral qualities. Asthe university,They should Clear leadership and accountability mechanisms, establishthe evaluation and incentive mechanisms, improve the binding mechanism, establishcommunication mechanisms. we create a good environment to promote thedevelopment of ideological and political education.
