There is a close relationship between culture and education. Culture directly affect the values of education, aims of education, educational content and forms of organization and other aspects. Other aspects of social systems on the role of education, culture as an intermediary. The deepest level of Culture is values. The deepest level of the national culture, national values and national cultural heritage is inseparable from the national culture and education. In this sense, the national education values are important factors in relation to the national cultural heritage and development. Must pay attention to and research the problem of national education values.In the area of our country minority modernization advancement, ethnic traditional culture therefore subjected to shock, ethnic education inevitably affected. Korean college students is an important group, is the Korean ethnic culture education. Korean college students in the national education values, not only related to the development of Korean education is also’related to the Korean cultural heritage and development, it is related to the inheritance and development of the entire nation. Therefore, research of Korean college Students’ethical value of education is very necessary.In this paper, Yanbian University to Korean students as the object of study, from more than500participants from different grades and majors of Korean students as research samples, mainly through the questionnaire survey method, the Korean college students in ethnic education values status, has the following characteristics:the pursuit of utilitarian education; educational objective reality; national identity consciousness family honor concept; weaken. Through the method of factor analysis, the Korean college students in ethnic education values is a two level multi dimension structure. These two levels:one is the purpose value of the education, another is the instrumental value of education. It contains six dimensions:career and family, national heritage, personal development, family honor, educational effectiveness and economic benefits. The six dimension is composed of Korean students’education value system, the composition of the grade sequence is: effectiveness, economic interests, career and family, national heritage, development of personal and family honor. Data show:Korean students attach more importance to the instrumental value of education. Through the literature and interviews, in-depth analysis of Korean students’national education values influence factor, is the main individual factors, family factors, school factors and social factors.We must have a correct understanding and positioning of the Korean college students in ethnic education values, so as to correctly guide the conducive to national development and social stability of the direction of development, to avoid the extreme utilitarianism tendency. According to the results of the research and related literature, this paper puts forward the following suggestions:developing national culture education; mass education idea transformation; school educational nationalization, the integrated use of the Internet and other media; establishment of the Korean college students in ethnic education value system.
