Study On The Influence Of Korean Drama On University Students’ Values And Education Countermeasures

As a foreign television culture, on the one hand Korean Drama broadened the horizons of college students, bringing entertainment and passing simultaneously a lot of exotic culture to us; on the other hand, the concept of capitalism as the bearer of Korea drama inherent and the pursuit of economic interests of commercial products, which including negative thoughts and behaviors,causing some negative impact to the growing university students. Therefore, to correctly understand and treat the Korean drama, to correctly understand the double impact of Korean drama to the college students and the values of our country, and it is significant to guide students to establish correct values.This article based on a careful reading of the domestic and foreign research literature.the cultivation theory and use and satisfaction theory from communicators and audience point respectively. It regards a part of undergraduate study of Dalian University of Technology as the object,using empirical questionnaire survey and interviews with a combination to research the Korean drama’s impact on the values of college students. Study found that Korean drama had a double impact on the values of college students. On the one hand, Korean drama are benefit for students to creating positive life values, fostering high ethical values and developing positive aesthetic values; on the other hand, Korean drama permeating with hedonistic, the pursuit of material thinking,which will make Students generate surreal love values, xenophilia consumer values, dilute or even distorted cultural values. The reason can be seen that the impact of Korean drama on college students’values are manifold, this article expand on the double attributes of Korean drama, the college students own reasons, the unperfect values education. And under the influence of Korean drama, firstly, we must create a good social and cultural environment, to strengthen the supervision of the media market, to lead the development of film and television work with the socialist core values; secondly,we must improve the effectiveness of the values of the university, to improve the content and methods of values education continuely; finally, we must nurture the core values of the campus, to create excellent campus culture products, to carry out various forms of second class activities.
