Study On The Cultivation Of College Student's Values Against The Backdrop Of Comprehensively Implement The Rule Of Law

Ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities are the main channels to cultivate the legal values of college students.In the course of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities,it is necessary and practical to actively explore the cultivation path of the values of the rule of law and promote the effective formation of the values of the rule of law.In this study,on the basis of literature analysis and sorting out and refining the connotation of the rule of law and the value of the rule of law,the author puts forward that the core of the cultivation of the value of the rule of law is to guide college students to construct a value judgment standard and behavior activity criterion that meets the requirements of the rule of law,and the cultivation content of the value of the rule of law of college students is refined into five parts:the education of the concept of law supremacy,the education of rights and obligations,the education of freedom,the education of fairness and justice and the education of rule consciousness.At the same time,by using the method of questionnaire survey,the author investigates the status of legal values of college students in five universities in Beijing.According to the survey results,most college students have a basic understanding of the value concept of the rule of law,but there are still the following problems:the concept of the rule of law is not rational and systematic,and there are differences in knowledge and behaviors,utilitarian value tendency.The reasons mainly include inconsistent values of students,insufficient innovation of educational ideas and pluralistic value has disseminated widely.Based on the theoretical exploration and survey analysis,the author put forward three approached to improving contemporary college students values of the rule of law.Firstly,through strengthening the construction of students' knowledge of laws and good network ecosystem,college students should be exposed to the atmosphere full of value of law education,which will create a good environment for college students.Secondly,by improving the two-way interactive communication mechanism and practicing cultivation mechanism and innovation of the rule of law values teaching method,we would combine the education on the values of the rule of law with the subject characteristics of students.Thirdly,by enhancing education courses teachers' ability to resolve the rule of law values conflicts and guiding students to improve the ability of self-judgment,we need to promote both teachers and college students' capacity of dealing with relevant problems.
