Research purposes:In order to understand the characteristics of the college tennis players shoulder muscle, the experimental use of isokinetic testing apparatus and ME6000eight-channel (T8) EMG of college tennis players and ordinary college students biceps, triceps, pectoralis major, deltoidtested to understand the college tennis athletes and ordinary undergraduates shoulder adduction and abduction, flexion, extension exercise muscle characteristics and mutual difference between know tennis teaching and training, and the success of applied research for the assessment of college students tennisthe quality of athletes special strength and shoulder sports injury prevention to provide a quantitative frame of reference.Research Methods:Using the German Isomed2000isokinetic system, before taking the test, the subjects first10minutes of warm-up activities. In order to ensure the specification of the experiment and measured muscle to make an accurate assessment, the subjects after the end of the preparatory activities for a set of adaptation experiments, the same test conditions as the formal experiment, posture and joint alignment strictly in accordance with Isomed2000speed test requirements of the manual operation. Subjects were given verbal encouragement, test and complete a test after a break of five minutes to avoid fatigue.Using ME6000eight-channel electromyography (T8) collection and analysis of surface electromyography tester. Test, each subject to wear blouses, cotton ball with alcohol to wipe the subjects skin to reduce skin resistance and the impact of exercise on the EMG. According to the anatomical structure of the muscle, the electrode paste the top of the uplift of the subjects muscle muscle belly, guide the electrode and the muscle fibers placed parallel between two electrodes separated by2cm. Test the muscles in the shoulder joint movement:biceps, triceps, pectoralis major, deltoid (back).Conclusion1(1) college tennis players shoulder joints to adduction movement of the heart, muscle strength with a given speed increases (60°/s-180°/s) increases, the maximum power has also been increased, appeared to peak moment when the angle was significantly greater than the ordinary college students; outreach campaign, peak torque with a given speed increases changes little, while an increase in maximum power, no significant difference in peak torque occurs when the angle of college students.(2) college tennis player, concentric heart flexion and extension movement, the flexor peak torque was significantly higher than the extensor, flexion and extension uneven muscle development is not conducive to maintaining joint stability, when strenuous exercise, joint injuries risk during strength training coaches to pay attention to athletes vulnerable to the development of all muscle strength to keep the active muscles and antagonistic muscles in motion in equilibrium. With the given speed increases, the flexor peak torque when the angle increases, the extensor no significant change.(3) college tennis athletes shoulder adductor muscle main contribution of muscle contribute to the speed to participate in biceps and pectoralis major, triceps and deltoid muscle strength less with a given speed increases biceps and pectoralis major AEMG has significantly reduced, therefore, should focus on the exercise of the right biceps and pectoralis major, in order to enhance the rapid swing of the strength of college tennis players. Shoulder abductors main contribution to the muscles of the triceps and deltoid, and the rapid movement of the most important contribution to muscle is the deltoid muscle.(4) college tennis players, the main contribution of the flexion muscles muscle is the pectoralis major and biceps, extensor main contribution of muscle is the deltoid, biceps also participated in more force. Of college students in the flexion extension movement the biceps in a relaxed state, the reason is unclear, pending further study.(5) college tennis players in the movement of each muscle IEMG increase of a given speed decreases.60°/s constant velocity to the closing movement within the heart, the college tennis players biceps and pectoralis major muscle IEMG peak torque was significant correlation between isokinetic movement to the heart of outreach, triceps and deltoid muscle IEMG high positive correlation with peak torque; college students excellent tennis player pectoralis major IEMG peak torque at180°/s showed a significant correlation between isokinetic outreach campaign to the heart muscle and peak torque there was no significant correlation;60°/s,180°/s, shoulder, biceps and pectoralis major muscle IEMG and peak torque isokinetic flexion movement to the heart when a positive correlation; extension movement, how fast the four muscle IEMG and peak moment correlation between the pectoralis major muscle was negatively correlated. Recommend to the coaches in the training should focus on the athlete core strength training, to improve the stability of the athletes in the movement of limbs force fulcrum in order to create favorable conditions for the transfer of the upper and lower extremity strength, and provide sufficient force to keep the body stable and mobile foundation...
