Characteristics Of Body Shape And Special Quality Of Taekwondo Athletes In Zhenjiang City

With the continuous development and expansion of the Taekwondo,Taekwondo has become China's "Olympic honor plan" potential advantages of the project.At this stage,efforts to do a good job in the development of Taekwondo is imminent.Through daily training and competition experience summary can be found,the athletes body shape and the special quality of comprehensive ability is winning the Tae Kwon Do,only more in-depth grasp of the project features from the rule of nature,refine and deepen the sports quality research to in the game made outstanding achievements.This article will take the Zhenjiang City Taekwondo athletes as the research object,using the expert interview method,the survey method and the statistical method and so on the body shape and the special quality characteristic of the Zhenjiang City Taekwondo Athlete to carry on the research.The results of the study are:1,body shape characteristics,Zhenjiang men's taekwondo athletes height,weight level is low,while the women's taekwondo athletes height,weight is still relatively close to the level of excellence.Zhenjiang men's Taekwondo Athletes' body fat rate is close to the excellent level,while the female Taekwondo Athletes' body fat rate is high.Zhenjiang City Male Taekwondo Athletes of the upper extremity length,shoulder,waist to hip ratio reached the general level of professional athletes,and Taekwondo Athletes of the upper extremity length,shoulder and waist to hip ratio reached the elite athlete.Zhenjiang men's taekwondo athletes lower limb length,leg length has not reached the level of professional athletes in general,while the lower limb length of women's taekwondo athletes,calf length to the level of the general professional athletes.2,standing long jump distance of Zhenjiang City Male Taekwondo athletes reach the general level of professional athletes,and standing long jump distance of Taekwondo athletes reached the general level of athletes.Zhenjiang City Male Taekwondo athletes high scores did not reach the general level of professional athletes,and female Taekwondo athletes.These results close to elite athlete.Zhenjiang City Male Taekwondo athletes squat achievements reached the general level of professional athletes,and Taekwondo athletes squat scores reach elite athlete.Zhenjiang city men's taekwondo athlete's eight hundred meters results did not reach the level of professional athletes,while women's taekwondo athletes reach the level of eight hundred meters in general.
