The Study Of Refined Education In Ideology And Politics In Independent College

Based on the demand of the refined education in ideology and politics provided by Fujian Provincial Party Committee, we fully recognize the importance of insisting and promoting the refined education in ideology and politics from a strategic perspective of the application of the Scientific Outlook on Development and the cultivation of socialist builders and reliable successors. Around the theme about which kind of people to be trained and how to train them, we should make the work more refined and real in the ideological-political education. From the excellent results of the precision management of enterprises, we should overcome the drawback of extensive, general and experienced education in ideology and politics, and break through the embarrassing situation that the traditional ideological-political education has faced the low efficiency management for a long time to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological-political education.In this study, we adopt such methods as questionnaire survey, interview, consultation, and comprehensive analysis. Through the study of system of refined education in ideology and politics in Independent College, we offer the construction of certification system about the student’s ideological ability in Independent College which premises the refined management for students; in the aspect of the refined ideological-political education, we should modify the educators, and analyze the function in counselors, whose purpose is to play a part in the ideological-political education of the professional teachers and administrators, then emphasize the construction of student cadres group and strengthen the student organization; we should pay attention to the request for the normalization and digitization of the event in the process of strengthening the refined education in ideology and politics.Above all, those measures concentrate on forming the pattern of ideological-political education on the macro aspect, which make the discovery of the development in refined management of ideological-political education in Independent College more significant.
