This paper research on the college emergency and the way about instructor’s processing ability by the sight of college instructor. At the beginning of the text, it expatiated on some essential knowledge and inducement about college emergencies, and pointed out the role and important significance which instructor played in emergency. Then, the paper proposed the meaning on college instructor’s processing ability in emergency, which was the summation of prevent ability, processing ability and after-care service ability.
