This paper research on the college emergency and the way about instructor’s processing ability by the sight of college instructor. At the beginning of the text, it expatiated on some essential knowledge and inducement about college emergencies, and pointed out the role and important significance which instructor played in emergency. Then, the paper proposed the meaning on college instructor’s processing ability in emergency, which was the summation of prevent ability, processing ability and after-care service ability. What is more, by the analysis on instructor’s processing ability status quo and problems when they facing urgency, text advanced the way to enhance instructor’s processing ability from policy factor, college factor and college instructor’s factor.
