Research On The Main Factors And Improvement Countermeasures Of College Students' Emergency Level

Along with the rapid change in global natural environment and the high-speed development in global economy,society and science and technology,the suddenly happened public event becomes more and more frequent,which increasingly requires people to promote the main factors related to emergency level with the emergency consciousness,emergency quality and emergency capability included.Serving as a social environment highly gathered by special crowd,the institutions of higher learning are not only equipped with the uniqueness,but also possessing by the relevance that comes from the society and serves the society;they are not only the tower of ivory,but also the small society;they are not only relatively closed,but also having certain openness.It becomes the important guarantee for the undergraduates to grow healthily and amount to something on how to enable them to accumulate and form relatively strong main factors related to emergency level continually,promote their self-rescue and mutual-rescue level,so as to cope with the suddenly happened public event that is frequently with each passing day,reduce the casualties and loss while the event occurs.Meanwhile,those issues also become the significant problems that the institutions of higher learning must consider besides daily teaching and management.In other words,it becomes the great topic and task that the higher education faces on vigorously promoting the capacity and level for disposing various kinds of suddenly happened public events.Besides necessary emergency common sense,how to use the emergency tools shall be learned,the requisite skill training and scene drill shall be given,especially the promotion of emergency consciousness,quality and capacity,all of which are the basic solutions for coping with the complexity,randomization and high density of emergency.Comparatively speaking,the promotion of undergraduates' main quality related to emergency level could also provide auxiliary tools for the colleges and universities to dispose suddenly happened public event while making decision,and thus promote the decision-making level for the colleges and universities to dispose suddenly happened public event and maintain the safe and stable campus environment.The clear target comes from the practical judgment and reflection of problem.The emergency disposal of suddenly happened public event for institutions of higher learning become the difficulty and emphasis for managing modern university,thecultivation of main factors for undergraduates' main factors related to emergency level is even the difficulty among difficulties,and the priority among priorities.Seeing from the social aspect,the problems such as insufficient emergency propaganda,shortage of emergency condition and unmatched emergency guarantee can be found everywhere;seeing from the school level,it seems that there is no emergency education,there are many forms of emergency management but few practices,and regarding to emergency service,there are too much preaching work;seeing from the students level,the emergency learning is less,their emergency consciousness is lacking and their emergency capacity is poor.For the colleges and universities,the morality establishment and talent cultivation are the essential task,and the base line for cultivating talents is to guarantee students' safety and health,which are the starting points for this research.Oriented by the above-mentioned targets and problems,under the pre-set premise that the material conditions and technical conditions used for disposing emergency are relatively equipped,this paper took the undergraduates' main factors related to emergency level with the cultivation of emergency consciousness,development of emergency quality and formation of emergency capacity included as the emphasis,and made pertinent judgment on the basis of analyzing the current issues and situation objectively,so as to explore a practical approach for promoting undergraduates' main factors related to emergency level.By adopting literature reading and data investigation in the beginning,this paper carried out extensive review and summary towards the research status and content in regard to the undergraduates in colleges and universities and the public emergency level in the society,and then formed summary.Then according to the national policies for education,requirements of public emergency management reform,as well as the realistic policies related to the cultivation of emergency consciousness,quality and capability currently,it elaborated the basic concepts,namely the emergency,emergency factor,emergency consciousness,emergency quality,emergency capability and so on involved in this paper.Meanwhile,combining with the undergraduates' individual factor and environmental factor,it conducted profound reflection.After making theoretical research,this paper carried out relevant investigation towards the main factors related to emergency level among the undergraduates in fifteen colleges in Shanxi Province,made test towards the initial scale twice and corresponding statistical analysis.Through factor verification and correction after testing twice,it defined all items and official scale.The credibility and validitycheck towards the official scale had been made.The results from the former one has proved that the official scale could obtain internal consistency and relatively favorable stability,and the results from the latter one has proved that the entire scales possesses relatively benign distinction degree and validity from two dimensions,content validity and structure validity.Then by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper carried out empirical analysis towards the official scale for measuring undergraduates' emergency capacity from student's individual quality,measurement of campus environment,and measurement of social environment.In the end,this paper conducted detailed analysis on how to promote undergraduates' main factors related to emergency level,and then formed the three-level countermeasures and suggestions of emergency consciousness----knowledge,consciousness and advancing,emergency quality----human defense,conscious defense and coordination,emergency capacity----coping,meeting emergency and corresponding.
