Research On Current Situation,Problem And Countermeasure Of How College And University Students Dealing With Emergency

Currently, emergency affairs happen frequently in universities, threatening the security of teachers and students, as well affecting the normal teaching condition and living status in universities. However, in such conditions, students as the main body, have little ability in dealing with such emergency, such as cannot distinguish unsafe factors before emergency really happens, let alone avoiding them, and also having little knowledge of taking measures after danger happens. Therefore, to enhance students'ability of dealing with such emergency affairs is the key work in university management.This paper is written on the purpose of helping students in dealing with these problems, by using reference in theory of crisis management and risk society theory. By collecting related papers, studying similar researches both domestically and abroad, from the scope of basic concepts of emergency affair and university emergency risk, to invest current situation among students, and to recognize influence factors through questionnaire research. Then, based on these subjective and objective factors, analyzing the dilemma and problem when students are dealing with emergency risks. At last, analyzing the dynamic mechanism from aspects of system building, self-quality and assurance condition, suggesting macroscopic countermeasures based on the risk-recognition path and rick prevention-guarantee building path, thus promoting university students' ability of managing emergency risks finally.
